high im new and im using the fitness plan to burn weight and gain muscle and i have one question about it, what is the round to the nearest wieght colum? what im asking is how do i know how much weight im using on that excersize if anyone can help i would be thankful
I'm unsure of what you're asking but if you're asking how much weight you should use, it's trial and error. You want to be unable to go past your target reps. If you can, add more weight.
