I used to work out 3 days a week a long time ago(but not like the way i do now, and my diet was alot worse). I took a break, then got back into lifting and started off with 3 but then started doing 5 days a week.
But then i talked to a trainer and he suggested i should do 3 days a week. triceps and chest on day 1, biceps and back on day 2, legs and shoulders on day 3. abs every day. How does that sound? Is 3 days a week with that plan fine?
Also if i have 30 mins in school to work out, and i HAVE to work out during the time, what could i do that wouldn't interfere with my regular workouts?
Also, while i'm asking stuff...diet...every day i eat:
burger or top ramen + a banana in the morning
another burger or 2 at school
protein shake(x2 + creatine if it's a workout day) + burger or ham sandwich or something of that sort after school
random large meal in the evening
random crap throughout the day in addition to that
ok that sounds horrible...i don't count calories or anything either, maybe i should start. What are good things to add to this? I'm looking to gain mass.
Oh, and...could i just through a spoon of creatine into my protein shake, or do i have to drink them seperately?

I would not listen to a trainer about how much you should workout. Listen to your body. If you see results by going 3 days a week, then go 3. Some people go 2 times a week. I go everyday. I spread it out a lot too. On my non workout days I do some cardio and abs. But that looks like a good routine. Try adding weight to your abs workout and doing them every other day.
Whether you are tring to bulk up or lose weight, that diet sucks. When you say "burger" I assume you mean a fat burger. The ones at school have around 34g of fat. Try some chicken, fish, steak, turkey etc.
The Ramen noodles are just plain ol' crap. They are LOADED, LOADED with sodium which is not the best thing to have now, when you are working out, or ever. Especially if you plan on not having a heart attack from your high blood pressure. You are taking one step forward and one step backwards by going to the gym and then eating crap. Try taking a look at the nutrition section of FT.

What exactly is a fat burger? For burgers i make at home i use a george foreman grill and meat that comes frozen already in the shape and everything, does that make it a fat burger or...

Krim... while the Foreman grill is good.. the best suggestion is make your own burgers. Buy the leanest ground beef and make them that way... I'm pretty sure the premade ones will shrink a lot, which indicates they are made with a lot of fatty beef.

There are some awesome recipes for turkey burgers online. Just google it or search FT. The pre-made burgers are 30-40g of fat. It is good that you are using the GF grill but that is still waaaaaay too much fat. Nasty. Try some steak, turkey burgers or chicken. Find some recipes that you like. I have some awesome recipes for chicken if you like buffalo wing sauce. IM me if you want any.
