Alternating lower weighted abs with upper. 4x25 works well for me. Also obliques and intercostal need to be incorproated. Diet and cardio will finish it off. I know when I'm my leanest, my abs are all there in full view.

Recently I have started to work out and get more exercise and I've changed my diet, now it mostly consists of veggies, chicken, and some junk food once and a while. I'm not a fat person I just have some fat on my stomach but I'm losing it and I noticed when I flex my stomach muscles I can feel muscles like abs under some of the fat I'm still trying to lose off my stomach. I feel that if I work hard enough I could probally have a nice 6 pack forming within 2 months, is there anything that I can do to help it form. At night I do 20 pushups and I'm constantly outside with my friends all day long eitehr biking or walking, any advice?

Your abs are already there!! Your fat is hidng it just like the others have said. To get rid of this needs alot of cardio and remember to add resistance when ur doing ur ab workouts. And ofcourse Diet is KEY!!

Your six pack is there, it's just covered by fat, lose the fat see your abs, increase levels of cv work, cut the junk food and do a good ab routine in 15/30 rep range, add weight if you can already do 30, a small dumbbell,do crunches, oblique twist, reverse curl, plank with abdomonal squeeze. Remember we need some fat.

200 situps... are you crazy? what you should try doin is weighted abdominal exercises. try a decline bench and do situps with a medicine ball or light dumbell. but overall abs are all about dieting... more protein and less junk food. and cardio never hurts.. but you are already doin that. good luck... and 200 situps will not do it.

I agree with coolnatedawg. Abs are a muscle just like any other in your body. Would you do 200 reps on a bench press or bicep curl? Of course not. Abs are no different. try different exercises or add weight. You need to loose body fat to see your six pack. More cardio and less junk food.

I just can repeat what everyone else said... dieting and loosing the fat...

And here a little info.... too loose 1 lbs fat you would have to do 250,000 situps :) so better go for a good diet and cardio :)
