Just wanted to give a little hello. I found this place on accident, but I think it's a Godsend. Just started my training today and it's nice to have this in my own house!! I'm working on losing a ton of weight and getting fit. I'm DONE with the fat scene; completely sick of it. I'm open to any advice or opinions.

Some of the best advice I've heard is to keep it coming down steadily and don't get in a hurry. Lots of good folks and support on here so feel free to use it. Welcome to the site by the way.

diet and cardio. There's alot of good information on this site if you use the search at the bottom of the screen.
