Protein a part of daily cals?

Hey guys,I have a couple quick questions, since I am on a mass diet, and am consuming about 650-700 calories per meal about 6 times a day, does the calories in my protein shake count towards this? Because sometimes Ill have a protein shake with my breakfast or another meal throughout the day? and also I just noticed that on my tub of protein it says that 1 scoop, contains about a quarter daily value of cholesterol, and i usually have 2 scoops per shake and more than one shake per day. Is this bad for me? especially at 17 years old, ? thanks

yes u count protein towards total daily calories...

don't worry so much about cholesterol....it might actually be useful...for making testosterone....just eat healhty diet other than ur shakes with healthy fats....and u should be fine....
