Hi im 5'10 and im 16yrs old and i just started to workout will be my 3rd week .. i heard lifting weights will reduce my height growth so is there no chance of me being 6'0 or 5'11

I've never heard that. Actually, lifting weights is good for your bones. As far as how tall you'll be, I think that has more to do with genetics than anything.

I actually grew a little bit once I began to lift due to releases in growth hormone and test... but after that not so much and I'm back to about where I was..

Im no professional, but it seems to me that the only bad thing could be compression of your spine while doing heavy squats or something. That might make you temporarily shorter, but thats it. Im not 100% sure though, but ive been lifting since i was 15, and im just as tall as my dad is (6'0")
