I'm 16 and personally I don't have a problem with what I eat although I already eat as much good food as I can. Like fuentes56 said dedication and 2 weeks would make a difference.....I still have a thin layer of flab but other than that I look great after a couple of weeks. well best of luck to u.

6 pacs arent all about the muscle..Its about what you are eating and what your body fat percent is

I have been reading other threads about that same topic. when i was in highschool i had the same problem. What the other threads say is that abs are a muscle just like any other muscle. Crunches and sit-ups wont help them pop out. If you did bench press at the same weight every time you wont get larger pecs. instead, use weights on top of your chest when your doing crunches, and weights when you use the roman chair for leg raises. That combined with eating alot of good foods should pop out the abs. I just wish i knew that when I was younger, cus as of right now i have a long way before i even come close to seeing my abs.

Stand outside the liquor store like everyone else had to at your age and wait for that shady guy to come along to get it for you...jk, but seriously it comes down to a strict diet and exercise, good luck.
