Hello everyone...
I posted a message yesterday on the new members board giving a little of my info (which is pretty much what is in my profile) and I didn't get any feedback so I thought I would change gears and check out a different board. I am 5'5" 125lbs and approx 17% body fat. I am aiming for 15% and 120 lbs. Since last Nov. I have been working out and eating healthy. I have lost 45lbs up to this point. I am pretty much happy with my size I would like a little more definition. I have been told I need to cut my bf to at least 15% to do so. I am seeing progress in my abs, I just would like to see a little more. I started the weight loss and definition program today. My plan up untill this morning when I started the ft plan was...
treadmill 7 days 4.5 mph at 15% incline for 30-45 min. Weight training 4 days a week, moderate effort, everything but chest exercises. My question is would I be better suited for the progrssive plan rather than the weight loss plan, since I don't want to lose that much more? Also as far as the nutritional plan, I didn't really know about the speed of my met. so I marked slow and they have me at 1665 cals, 125 protein, 250 carbs, and 20 fat. I am only having trouble with the fat (it seems too low to me). Since I do cardio everyday do I need to eat more? I seem to be plateauing, which is what led me here to start with. Thank you all for you imput...

Try mixing up your diet alittle. The body gets used to everything. Try no carbs after 4pm for awhile and doing cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach.
Also, increase your weight training intensity and that will burn more calories, because the more muscle we have the more we burn.
Change is good.
