I am a 6 feet tall girl and I weigh 146 pounds. On the nutrition plan recommended by freetrainers.com, it said I should consume 2000 calories with 150g of protein and 300 g of carbs. These numbers are for the weight loss and definition program. However, in addition to this program I am also following the ab training 12- week schedule. On the freetrainers.com website, it had specific guidelines for the ab diet. IT suggested that I reduce calorie intake by 20-30% and also reduce carb intake by 30-50% and increase protein intake. Does this mean that I further reduce the recommneded 2000 calories (and 300g carbs) or are these guidelines already incorporated into the 2000 (and 300g carb) figure?
