OK the 1st question is after i workout should I drink a protien shake or eat a power bar?
2nd Question is wild rice ok to eat? Or should I be eating brown rice?

Here is the perfect post workout meal
Whey isolate and maltodextrin,(or B2B protein bars) which I designed for that exact reason.

#1..The protien shake is a better option after a workout, since your body can absorb it quicker.
