It seems like my friends/co-workers are always getting fast food or food from restaurants. I usually just say no thanks but is there anywhere I can get something that is truly healthy? I know salads could be but I can't eat iceberg lettuce and all of the places I think of have mostly if not only iceberg in their salad. I don't want something that is just the "Best choice" or "ok in a time pinch." I'd like to be able to include it in my diet plan and NOT have to make up for it in other places. It’s more of a social thing than I crave eating out. Any suggestions?
Look at dietfacts.com. They list the menus and nutritional info for several restaurants. I have been able to find several items that I would not have thought I could eat. Good luck
