As long as I can remember, I've had big biceps. But now I'm not satisfied with the shape of my guns. The picture I've attached demonstrates this. My biceps are big and round, like bowling balls. My GF said they look like "depilated turkeys". So what do I do to make my biceps longer and taller? :(

BTW, my regular biceps routine includes standing straight bar curls, incline or seating dumb bell curls and preacher curls. I do pyramid sets.

Do lots of hammer curls, seated incline works well. If you have a machine that has overload positions on it, use the lower alot. If not, you can do preacher curls, and do partials where you moreso isolate the lower portion.

Also between cable standing curls are great for hitting the entire bicep, and a great "finishing" move.

But again, hammer curls will be a friend. This will hit the outer portion of the bi's, plus bring the lower bi into prominence.

I heard bicep shape is due to genetics. Some peoples' biceps are connected a little lower down the arm than others, giving them a longer bicep. One thing that may help to is stretching.Do you happen to have short arms? My biceps are also round.
