What would be a good work out to get tight buns? I have 2 kids and I am looking to get my old body back, I have a pretty good routine, but none for my glutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

deep squats.....butt to calves.....
and variations of deadlifts...romanian deadlifts are very good...
