I was suppose to do this along time ago but I got sidetracked after a bad break up and now I am determined to get back into things....
I am 5'5 1/2, this AM I weighed in at 140.6lbs and any muscle that I gained I am sure is gone by now so I am pretty much starting over tonight and I want to take it slow at first.
Eating wise while, I am getting back into transition I am doing Weight Watchers and I will try to convert more to the Body Builders List later on....
FRIDAY:
8:30AM-2 cups SF cocoa(1)
11:30-2 slices LoCal WW bread (1)
Better N Peanut Butter (1.5)
(REALLY BUSY AT WORK TODAY)
1:30-Turkey and Ham Wrap from Subway(3)
(lettuce, tomato, black olives, pepper and mustard)
1/2c. Chicken Noodle soup (2)
1oz. Baked Layes(2)
4:30-2 tiny tangerines(1)
1 light string cheese(1)
5:45-1c. raw carrots(0)-while I am cooking dinner
6:15-Morning Star Crumbles(taco seasoning)1/2c(1.5), 2 hard shells(2)lettuce, tomato, LF cheese(1.5)
1/2c. Zatarains Spanish Rice(2)
8:30-Gym, 30 mins on treadmill w/12%incline, varying speed (3-4.5)

Before Bed-1c.skim milk(2)
