hello all in the morning when i get up in the morning i am not hungry i have to make myself eat i was wondering if anyone had any input anything i could do to change this or maybe why this is so before i go to bed i usally have a protein shake and do to my shed i not able to work out until like 8 pm well thanks in advance :dumbbell:

A lot of people (me included) have to make themselves eat first thing in the morning. I have cottage cheese at night before bedtime and make my breakfast shake so it's ready to go and I just sip it on my drive in to work. Mine is pretty simple. Protein, water and oatmeal - the oatmeal softens overnight so it's a lazy way to get some good fibre. :)
