Ok, last time I did a stack of Powerfull, cAMP, and Green Bulge Creatine. I had excellent strength gains, but the problem with a stack like that is differentiating what exactly is the primary driving force so to speak.
On that note, I am going to do a Powerfull, cAMP only stack and see what happens. No creatine at all. I started yesterday, here is the schedule I did. I work second shift, so this is how I played my intake, with help from USP labs. First 3...30 minutes pre workout....11:30am Second 3....6 hrs. later on as close to an empty stomach as possible. Third 3...1/2 hr. pre bed Now, part of the ancillary of Powerfull(aside from the gym) was sound good sleep. So, on with the bad news....Well, last night I was up all night, it was a not fun. I am a chronic insomniac anyway, and these sure did not help me sleep! Now, for the good news, even as tired as I was, I hit the gym today and broke a record for shoulder presses. Hit 160 for reps on militaries. Then followed up with an outstanding back workout. So, early to tell yet, but if todays gym action was any indication, I am looking forward to this USP stack. I am going to not do my 3 dose before bed though today, so we will see what "price" this takes. So, I will be doing my dosing like this.... 3 pre workout 3 about 6 hrs. later My cAMP I do 2 twice per day, these are not always at the same time I do the Powerfull. I separate my dose of cAMP by 5 hrs., and try to do it also on as empty a stomach as possible. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Today is an off day from workout, so not much to report today.
However, since today is also a day off work, I will dose with the 9 capsules today(3 doses of 3 each of Powerfull). This is due to waking up early, taking one dose, (along with cAMP), and being able to go back to bed. This will place my final 3 at around 6:30 pm which should not have much affect on my sleep. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

bud,
each capsules has a higher content than the last round so 6 caps is like 8 caps. In your case, I would dose 4 caps twice a day on workout days. ceosm |

Leg day was previous, and I have been backing off my top weights anyway due to a right knee problem. So, it was hard to tell if anything from the supplement. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Yesterday was a rest day, most always take a rest day after a good leg workout. So, again, not much to report.
Today is chest/ab day, so surely have something tomorrow to report. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Today was a chestab day, and as I noted, I will surely have something to report, good or bad.
Must say, phenominal chest day. Hit 115's on the dumbbell benches like nothing, no spotter either. Right out of the hole! I was stoked, and this is following 3 low carb days in a row(carb cycling). I was totally impressed today! Tomorrow will be another heavy test, shoulder/back day. Then I eat, we are making a healthy, hearty T-Day meal, all good stuff, made with olive oil, no white flours, etc. I will be "carbing" up tomorrow! -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Ok, today was a shoulder/back day as noted. I did back first, and had a nice pump. Nothing spectacular about the back workout, though I did hit it good as usual.
Shoulders I have a few comments on. I tried 165 today on my militaries, and could not do it. This would have been a top weight for me. As many of you I am sure know, 5 lbs. added to your top weight can be a ton! There were underlying reasons also, as I did 3 sets prior, 135,150,160. Also, I am in the process of changing my workout split, and so did them with one day less rest than normal. But, on the flip side, had a massive shoulder pump! I mean I can still feel them while typing this! So, all is well that ends well. And now, let me at that Thanksgiving feast!! I earned it! -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Yesterday was an all arm day, with abs. Absolutely phenominal pump, strength was normal though. I did feel like I had a "ton of energy" but not able to contribute it to the supplement.
Just one of those pretty good days. Have to say, so far, no "steroid like gains". Solid workouts though, and it is still early on. I will continue on with the supplement log and see what prevails. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

I made a mistake with the statement "steroid like gains" and what I was compairing it to was an individual steroid not a steroid cycle.
You will not experience gains as you would on a CYCLE, but in comparison to an individual steroid like anavar, winstrol, eq or deca PowerFULL rivals the effects. BBfit keep a close eye on Lactic acid and Muscle endurance. ceosm |

Yesterday was a leg day, and as noted earlier, really cutting back on my weights to keep my knee intact. It does pain with the lightest of pushing up type movements.
Did end up with a solid leg day though, in fact much better than I originally thought. Sitting around last night I had to keep moving my legs, as they would start to "feel" it holding in the same position too long. So, all in all, not alot to report, will keep an eye on your points CEO. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Ok, back/shoulders. I was going to take the day off. I got absolutely no sleep, and was very tired, and this is always counterproductive to training. In fact, took the day off work.
About 5 pm. after just resting all day and eating well, I got the urge to go in and hit it. Turned out to be an excellent workout, great strength in back work, thought to take it a bit easy on shoulders(this was going to be my light day, off from the 5x5). It was odd, after a nice warmup procdure, did but two working sets of dumbbell militaries, with 75's, and my shoulders felt blasted! Then moved on to trap work, 3 sets with 125's, and a little delt work. Man, with just that, my shoulders were pumped to the max, and this morning my traps looked downright huge. Not sure about this phenomenom yet, will have to analyze this more. Just with a good study, the gold standard is repeatability. We will see next time. I will say I liked this time, with much more minimal work also. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Yesterday was an all arm day. Not too much to say, hard to measure increases in curling strength or anything. I was however higher on reps than last week(keep a written log of all workouts), arms were pumped.
Had a couple guys mention the size of my arms. Always feels good. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Dam, what a chest workout today! Not only did I get my 5x6's in(6 instead of 5 now my goal), I went up in weight.
Started this time with 95's and completed all sets with no spot, easy, then completing my flat bench, went over to the 110's and banged out 4 clean reps with no spotter, again right out of the hole. Inclines were equally good, raised my starting weight by 5 lbs., finished all sets, and went up 5 more lbs. on another set. Declines were also equally good. What a chest pump I had today. :dumbbell: -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

I need to update my journal, been very lax. Workouts continue to excel.....looking to keep using this stuff for a while.
My wife told me just this morning, if she didn't know any better, she swears it looks like I am bigger. Scale weight does not reflect it, but I believe "fullness" is what she is referring to. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Seems on updates I am posting more chest workouts, but that is what I did today.
Again, another awesome one. Bumped up my 5x6's on flat bench to 100's, (5 sets of 6 with 100 lb. dumbbells. Then had enough to go to 110's and pop off 4 reps, and all sets no spot, clean out of the hole. That is after 2 low carb days again as before(still carb cycling), and hitting legs really hard yesterday. Tomorrow I will hit shoulders/back. I normally don't do 3 days in a row, but we had a terrible snow Thursday, so missed that day. Pretty awesome so far. I have creatine, and I think I am going to stack some creatine with this starting tomorrow, should really be a nice push. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Back/shoulders yesterday. Nice day for it being my 3rd day in a row. No record highs or anything, but did not try for any. However, had wonderful shoulder pump.
Will enjoy todays day off, no cardio, no nothing today. Just work. :( -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Time to update again. Did legs Thursday, still keeping off my high weights and giving my knee a break. Ended up with an outstanding leg pump though.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Today was again chest....let the records fall! Since I hit 5x6 with the 100's last week on dumbbell bench, went up to 5x5 with 105's today. Start to finish, no spot, no getting started. Entire reps, knocked out all five sets!!
Went up on inclines. They have always been a thorn in my side, probably my weakest exercise. There was a time if I did 1-2 reps with 80's I would think I lifted the world. Today did 5x5 with 80's, start to finish on all sets! Yeah baby! -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

bb1,
on Dec. 8th you said that the scale didn't reflect any increases in weight. Is this still the case? If you have not gained any weight, do you know how to account for the increases in strength? Has your lean mass increased? Just trying to learn. Thanks. By the way, I think that I read that you are an electrician. I am a Elec. Engr. do mostly machine and factory automation. |

Stayed off the scale for the most part. I actually hate weighing. I did however the other day, first time in a while. I was actually up 3 lbs., but cannot quantify it as I may have drank alot of water. I need to weigh in again.

What a nice chest day today! Last time I hit my 5x5, in fact 5x6 with 105 lb. dumbbells on flat bench. Today decided to play it by ear so to speak, and just started with some reps. Warmup with 70's, 80's, and 100's. Did 105 then for 7, then hit 110 for 5 reps, and followed up with 2 more sets with 110's. No spotter either, clean out of the hole with no help. I am working on that, as this equated to more pressing power.
Then went up to 85's on inclines, another first for me with no spotter! Declines followed going up to 250! Great day. Here is how it went.... Flat db bench......105x7,110x5,110x4,110x4 Incline db bench....80x7,80x6,85x4 Decline barbell....185x10,225x6,250x3 Hammer strength wide grip....270x10 Flat db flies....50x10 -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

As far as today...another killer workout. Hit highs on military shoulder presses today! I am glad of this, I really credit my explosive power like starting the dumbbells on bench to my shoulder strength increases. Oh yeah, hit back pretty well first! -------------- Strength and Honor! |
