I just heard an odd story. Someone was pretty overweight, and by dieting(the very bad kind of dieting) lost alot of weight. But he looked like crap(saggy) so he started working out, but had horrible metabolism, so he didn't eat but only drank protein shakes. Not the ones for just muscle mass, but the type that is supposed to make you not gain too much weight n stuff. And somehow he managed to build pretty decent muscle. So uhh...wtf is up with that?
