I used the strength training program provided by this website but i'm looking for something more intense. i don't really care about the definition of my muscles i just want to get bigger by working my body harder. i've been working out for about 1 year and 3/4. I find that my back and lower body are strong but my chest and arms seem a little behind the rest of my body. my arms have seen slow improvement but my chest needs work. i'm looking for a new program that pushes the limits. any ideas?
Even a basic workout will push you to your limits if you're doing all that you can do. If whatever you're doing isn't enough, just add more sets and/or more weight. The exercise resources at the top of the page has an almost unlimited choice of exercises you can add to your workout.
