i sure u are very busy so i thank for taking the time to read my question well i mainly focus on getting enough protein i eat like 2o eggs through out the day protein shake in the morning chicken for lunch supper another 20 to 30 grams of proteins and another shake before bed without the shakes i don't know how i can make my protein eggs are also getting haed to eat that many everyday and iam not keeping close track on calories or carbs so am i hurting myself i work out 3 times aweek the days i work out i have rice, pasta or oatmeal before i work do i need to get a note pad to keep track of everything i eat i just think its hard to eat that much in the day to get my requried amounts 260 protein 500 carbs 40 fats 3500 calories these r grams how do u do it could u give me an example of what u eat in a day do u write everything down also by not meeting carbs and calories is my body usally the portein to build muscle otr am i wasting time just would like you to make it clear so i can do this correctly thanks again

What are your goals? Ar you eating 20 whole eggs or egg whites? Tracking all your food is a good idea. Fill in your profile and we can all help out.

500 gr. of carbs is probably too much for most folks. You need to analyze your metabolism as to your carb tolerance for your needs. As far as protein, it is relatively easy to get the desired amount. A 6 oz. chicken breast for instance has around 35 gr. A can of tuna has 32 gr. Have 5-6 meals per day, throw in your protein shake, and voila', your protein needs are met.
