Hi Im currently in phase that I want to gain muscle without getting too much fat ...I know its inevitable but how can I reduce it ....I dont know wht kind of protein to use ..Im not taking anything with creatine or anything just a simple protein ...but wht should be the analogy of protein-carbon-fat .....wht kind of nutrition should I do till may when I will start definition ....should I do any aerobic workout ...thanx
You can put on muscle without adding much if any fat on a lean mass gain cycle but it's not fast. If you mean you're going on a bulk that's a different critter and it'll change the answers you're given.
