I was flipping there my mens fitness aka supplement ad.....anyways one thing caught my eye...I tried it AND i kinda liked it....figured I'd share it.
Good morning hack squats....
NOTE it must have an angle(platform for feet), and the machine must have a 45 degree tilt.ALSO this IS VERY ADVANCED....if you have back or neck problems check with your doctor before.
WALk up to your machine and FACE the pad( like a football lineman pushing a sled), put your shoulders on the upper to middle part of the pad, where the would normally go. LEt it come down, toward your toes, push your butt back and keep your legs straight as possible.Keep back naturally arched, and flat and tight. DON"T BOW IT

People don't reach thier true potental, only those who seek it.

You lost me...I know what Good Mornings are...but the Hack Squat part confused me.
Sounds dangerous if you ask me...but maybe that's cause I'm picturing myself with a machine at a 45 degree tilt while pushing a sled with my butt, while making my shoulders touch my toes.

You place the bar like you would for a squat. Then bending your knees a bit, either keep the feet close or shoulder wdith apart, I perfer a bit past shoulder width. THen Keeping you lower back arched abs tight bend over from the waist till you are paraellel to the ground, then stand up.
WARNING: THIS IS A VERY ADVANCED EXERCISE, PROPER FORM IS REQUIRIED OR INJURY WILL HAPPEN. THIS IS NOT ONE IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED OUT FOR AT LEAST A YEAR OR LONGER.
