Hi if you do high reps about 10 - 20 will that put any effect on gaining endurance because ive heard a rep range of that does nothing because your not really challenging the body yet i want to be very lean?
Some think that is what works. But in reality diet, cardio and weight training is what is the key to becoming lean. THis forum (powerlifting) may noy be a good one for this question, try the nutrition boards...good luck!

rko high reps build muscular endurance more than anything....but not really a cardiovascular endurance...ofcourse everything is relative...do high reps with breathing squats or powercleans and running a mile suddenly becomes less of a problem and something you'd look forward to vs these exercises.....
