hey that sounds like a good workout. im just wondering what would you recommend for a women football player as maslf..with the nutrition and training. any advice would be gratefull
if you are any position it would help alot if u did sqauts they help your leg power and jumping(if u were a WR). if you are a WR it helps your consitration trumendously if you and a friend just throw a tennis ball back and forth to each other
