Hi Kerriekooch, and welcome to FT. There is no such thing as spot reducing. You need to get your diet under control to loose fat all over your body and wt. train to build up muscle. Focus on compound moves such as squats and lunges to build muscle on your lower body and chest presses, rows for your upper body and squeeze in some ab work for a well balanced workout.
