I am 6 foot 2 and currently weight 215 pounds. I am trying to get back down to my lean and very comfortable 185 pounds. I am lacking concentration about working out for some reason and I feel like I need something to help motivate me to do this. I really want to loose this weight while maintaining my muscle, what kind of routine and strict diet should I stick to in order to loose this weight.

first things first, you want to get into a routine. try out one of the programs offered here at FT. they are adaptable to your specific needs, and a great way to get started. write out your goals and when you want them achieved. work from short term to long term (ie your long term goal of 185 lbs, but break that down to this many pounds in this amount of time, etc.). seeing results is going to be a great way to keep you motivated, and keep you on track.
in terms of your eating, you dont need to jump onto a super strict diet if you are just getting back into things. focus on getting lots of quality protein and carbs, with healthy fats. break your meals down to 6ish a day, and work on staying away from fatty fried foods and high sugar crap. again, set goals for yourself, but allow yourself every once and awhile for a cheat meal if you feel the change is too much. hope some of this helps.. if you need anything else feel free to post or email me. :)
