Im doin winter track for the first time and im an ok high jumper but i want to increase it and make my legs more explosive for sprints and high jump and it would help if some one could post a routine for power and explosion for my legs
Some different deadlifts are great too. Like trap bar deadlifts off a box. Romanian Deadlifts are good too. Just do a fitbuddy search and man you will find a multitude of posts on jumping.
