Does this really work? I do eat a lot of cucumber and other green veggies but if I eat a lot more of these foods during the day can it really help in losing some un wanted body weight?
The only "negative" calorie food I've heard of is celery. Its "negative" calorie because your digestive system burns more calories breaking down the celery than what is actually contained in it.
If there are other "negative calorie" foods out there, by all means, have at them. They will definitely help in some way.
