i want to know if cadio is better than other work outs... ive been lifting with 15lbs dumbells 50 times for each part i can. while i do sit ups, butterflies, curls. when, for how long, and how many times a week. im 240 and i was 190 last year, i gaind lots of muscles but im not as defined as i should be. its frustrating and i was thing of using suppliments to help me... What should i do???
