hi im 17 and have been training for about three years. the core of my fitness training is practicimg martial arts which has definitely helped . after about a month of training i started to focus on strength training and shedding fat. I lost five lbs in a week once! but ive gotten close to my goals im terms of fat but i have a little flab on the front of my abs not the sides or anywhere else just right there im down to 7.5% fat and cant seem to lose that last bit of fat any suggestions?
