Hey i'm new to this site. My names Sam. I'm getting ready to train for football and was wondering how many reps and how much weight should I lift?

Welcome to FT! I would suggest signing up for an FT Mass program. That will tell you how many reps. The weight will be based on the number of reps. on your program.
