Hi everyone,
I'm new here like many others. I'm 25 and recently had a child 8 months ago. I've already lost all the weight and weigh 119 again. I've changed my diet to 1950 calories and 120 gms protein a day. Been doing it diligently w/out cheating for 3 weeks now. My goals are to get into competition shape. Wondering how much cardio do I need a week or day? I do not want to weigh any less. Thanks for the info. It's great to be here. :o)

Welcome to FT, April! I would suggest starting with 2-3 days (spread out over a week) of HIIT cardio since it's high intensity done at a short amount of time.
