Meals can be replaced by a meal replacement shake, and your pre-bed time meal can be just a protein shake (no carbs). You should try to eat as many healthy meals as possible, but drinking a meal replacement shake after a workout is actually recommended.
I usually have the following:
1) Breakfast - meal - 6:30am - workout 2) meal replacement shake - 9:00am 3) meal - 12:00pm 4) meal replacement shake - 3:00pm then I come home from work 5) Nice big Meal - 6:00pm 6) protein shake before bed - 9:00pm
This way it's easy for me to eat at work too...

Another thing that you can watch for. During your workouts, are you progressing? When your body advances in the weight used for exercises, it will grow. If you've been doing the same weight for a few months, maybe you've plateaued and it's time to switch things up. The 12 week mass program is primarily based on gaining strength, which will be followed by mass. Try that out. And during each workout, aim for doing a little more than you did the workout before (keep logs). If you feel that you can't increase the weight, do one or two more reps, then the next work-out you should be able to increase the weight. Always increasing weight will result in putting on mass.
As for the creatine, the initial 5lbs that you gain from it is just water retention, you shouldn't expect to keep that on after you go off.

I've been able to increase poundage on almost every exercise steadilly exept for bicep curls and bench presses (free weights) for some reason I've been stuck on the same poundage since the beggining

A lot of great advice, let me just add that you need calories to put on size. If your not getting a constant flow of nutrients your body wont grow. Solid food is the best, meal replacements are just that, if you don't have time to eat a real meal. I use protein powders and meal replacements, but just as a boost to my diet. You cant grow and get ripped at the same time. So cylce your workouts and eating.

I'm realy trying to avoid supplements. Especially since my goal is to be nice and lean. I'm not out to build a lot of mass. I don't quite make my suggested calorie intake everyday but I try... I would rather avoid extra supplements (Due to cost as well)
