Ok guys I am new to this site... I have read alot of good things:).....But I still need help. I am a 26 year old female, I am 185lbs and only 5' even. I smoke(i am tring to stop)so i have lots of problems with cardio. I gained over the past 11 years....when i started having babies. I have 5 kids so i get worn out with them. I guess my quition is I need help with just getting started. My husband wants to try get fit with me but he has the same problems as I do. He is 5'10 and 210 all fat lol. So any advice and motavation will be very helpful. Thanks

My children are my motivation. I want to be around to see them grow up. I used to smoke but when I found out I was pregnant, I quit and never started again. I allways had the urge to smoke until I started working out. Then it went away. Now I can't stand to be around smoke. I won't even sit near the smoking section in a resteraunt. You have the ability to change your lifestyle and body shape. Do it for your family.
