Ok Ok I know a big killer with metabolism is not eating. Well then WHY do I not want to eat.
Lately I just dont want to eat anything but one meal a day. I need to snap out of it.
You think with it being the holidays and all that I would want to eat everything and anything but I dont.
I have to force myself to put food in my mouth. I have to make myself go grocery shopping for healthy stuff and I just dont feel like doing any of this right now. SO PLEASE snap me out of it!!
I have promised myself tomorrow morning that I will get into the gym, I will give it 200% and I will NOT whine about it at all! I will eat my 6 meals a day, I will drink 130 ounces of water and I WILL NOT WHINE ONE OUNCE!!
Ok So any other advise?

Not eating can be just as bad as over eating. Check out the "grocery list for healthy living" in the nutrition forum--it's thumbtacked at the top of the forum. Choose a fat, protien and carb from this list for each meal and you can't go wrong. It takes alot of dedication and willpower to get your diet in order, so you just have to psyche yourself up and do it! When you cut your calories to low, you eventually get hungry/starving and then the binge cycle begins....Forget about dieting...try just eating healthy for the remainder of the year....and get to the gym:)
