Hello I'm am a kicker and am coming off some knee surgery. I was wondering what are the best excerises and diet for gaining some fast twitch muscles and muscle memory to improve my kicking.
"muscle memory" as you so elegantly termed it will come from kicking, over and over, focusing on techinique. As for building your fast twitch muscles, HEAVY exercises will do this (1-4 rep range, 3 min + TBS)
