Im extremely skinny and I want to actually define my muscles more. Does anyone have any good suggestions?
Also, I need some good shoulder traps and tricep exercizes.

O Btw will Push-ups tone your pecs?
They are one of my weaker spots.

Good call. Yes Ron did say that. He also stated that most if not all so-called hardgainers simply do not eat enough. Eat right, train right, rest right and you will grow.

I am 6'2 and used to weigh 140 , i have tried gaining weight for a year now and finally gained 10 pounds, it may not seem like a great improvement but its really hard to gain muscle mass. Problem was that even if i ate a lot i had a fast metabolism so i would suggest getting a protein shake and mixing that into ure work out routine and even when ure nto working out, it helped me.
