I'm new to the site, but not really new to exercise. I have been exercising consistently for almost 2 years now, with mini breaks occasionally. I have lost roughly 45lbs. in the past 2 years and I'm ready to take my fitness to another level and finish getting the rest of the fat off. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 and a full time college student. Not sure what else to say. I'm 5'8", 191 lbs. and around 26-27% body fat.
Can't wait to get to know every one, or at least most of ya!
