Hello.My name is Luna. I am 5'5" and 138lbs.I NEED to lose body fat and gain muscle and strength,I have had two kids in the past two yrs so I havent worked out much.Now I am almost 29.I promised myself that I would be in great shape when That day arrives,My goal is to enter the Fitness America Pagent.I cant really afford a personal trainer right now and I'm not sure the best way to train for this.I am dedicated and will do what is necessary,I just dont know what that is.I am Eating a lot of fish,egg whites,and cottage cheese.I also have a protien shake I mix w soy milk,am I doing the right thing?Please let me know if you have ANY pointers for me and TY in advance.:love:
