What is considered overtraining your abs. I am trying to increase size and definitioin of my abdominals. My training split is:
M - Lower Abs (2 exercises, 2- 4 sets each)
W - Upper Abs (Same)
F - Obliques (Same)

Can I increase the intensity without overtraining?
Any tips/suggestion that have worked in the past to promote abdominal growth?
Nutrition tips for abs are always usfull too.

from what ive read so far to increase size you need to increase the resistance, i.e. add weights. I have also read that you are not supposed to do more than 20 reps, as it will give no additional benefit.
