I REALLY need help gaining weight and size. I just turned 19, and i weigh 140 and im about 5'10. I really dont have access to weights at the time. I do about 200 pushups a day and 400 situps, sometimes skiping a day if im really busy. I eat a lot but its really not healthy food. Could someone help me with a diet plan and maybe some more exercises i could do at home... Also as far as the diet goes I hate seafood, please help, thx

also i have a really fast matoblasm(spelling?) and i really need to put some meat on my bones, im pretty strong for my size, so a diet plan for gaining weight pretty quick would be great

im not asking for someone to figure out a meal plan for me, im just asking to list some of the best things to eat

Up your protein intake. Why the concern with how quickly you put on weight? I could put weight on you quickly and easily, but the faster it goes on, the more of it will be fat.
FIND access to weights.

i dont care how much fat it is, how can i get it quickly and easily
