Ok, apparently in an older post, I said that my favorite exercise for abdominal definition is the table press. Now I just got a PM asking for an exercise description of the table press, so obviously, I must not have explained myself...
Definition and "tone" are not the result of doing thousands of repetitions. They are the result of a low body fat. Hence, for abdominal definition, I recommend the table press.
I recommed this on a partialy empty stomach (before dinner is done). The exercise itself is simple. You press your bodyweight, away from the table, before you are completely stuffed. That's it, just press yourself away from the table early.

Ha! I posted this years ago....but called them "push aways". I still get folks emailing me asking what are pushaways and how do you do them!

Great exercise. But I'm planning on doing an "off" cycle for the table press this weekend.

*Best Homer impersonation* Mmmmmm, pecan piiiie.

I have been craving this for about 6 months. I have been resisting, but I also can't find a place with a good slice. Last week, I went to this incredible soul food/creole resturant, and, when I was all done with my babybacks, the waitress came over and asked if I wanted dessert. I thought to myself "This place MUST have great pecan pie," so I ordered a slice. She said "We don't have any." WHHAAAATTT!!?? I yelled "What kinda BBQ place is this without pecan pie!?

Of course, maybe it was a bit of divine intervention, keeping me away from something sooooo baaaaaaad.....
