How do i make meals that will work for all of us????
I need to lose weight and tone, my husband needs to gain muscle, we have an 8yr old son that needs all the nutrition he can get for the way he runs around, also a 2month old daughter but she doesn't count just yet for recipes.
If you stick to making healthy meals using lean proteins, lots of veggies, whole grains and healthy fats, then that should satisfy everyone's needs. Control your caloric intake via quantity of food-your husband will obviously eat more than you. Everyone will benefit from a simply healthy diet. If you haven't already, check out the grocery list for healthy living thumb tacked at the top of this forum and make your meals from this list.
