Hi, y'all, my name is Davi, I have been a member for about a week now and this is my first post. I have 3 children, ages 5,3, and 18mos. I am 32yo and am also impatient person when it comes to seeing results - and am in desperate need of seeing some in the ab area! Seems as if it is a problem area for many people! I am hoping to find some sort of way to work out that area without actually doing crunches...

Everyone here would love to find a quick and easy way. Abs are mostly diet. Good luck with whatever you do but I found that a lifestyle change has turned out to be the easiest way for me to control my weight. It is much less of a burden now to eat healthy since I now know what I am eating and I have developed the habits. I have a long way to go, but I have come such a long way already that it is self-motivating. Check out the link below for one of our discussions.

Thanks for the advice, big-e! I have started cleaning up my diet, increasing the protein and decreasing my carbs( I have to admit I am a carb-junkie) and am starting to find it easier (after about 2 weeks if denying myself most of what I have been eating - the bad stuff). I am also cleaning up the carbs that I do eat. I think my biggest problem is really that I have had my kids, and being impatient, that doesn't help matters any! I will keep your advice in mind and continue with "fixing" my eating problems! Thank you also, for the link.. I will check it out right now!
