Ok, I am returing to the world of fit after a VERY long hiatus of 12 years and I need soem advice. When I was in HS I juiced and am needing a little extra assistance in certain areas, which I have gotten great advice on these boards, but this qiestion is about hoodia.
I know what it is and what it is supposed to do but has anyone used it and been helped with thier will power? I tend to eat when I am bored and I am hoping if I spend the $$ on this stuff it will make me not be hungry and to the point when I am bored I won't want anything.
