Hi Everyone! I am a new member as of today! My goal is to be at my origianl weight I was at a year ago my May (125) Right now I am at 141 and I have been doing some cardio and weight lifting everyday. In the 5 weeks I have been working out I have lost 9lbs. I just started back working yesterday at lunch is a great time for me to walk and so far I have been walking a mile plus my worhout and weight lifting in the afternoons. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to target my hips and what techniques I can use to get really sexy, defined shoulders?
