Hello all,
I'm new, just signed up today. I was just wondering why I should wait a week to get started on the fitness plan that the ppl here at ft recommend for me? I'm afraid if I don't start today, I may become apathetic and abandon my desire to become fit. Can I start today, or is it a bad idea?

Hello all,
I'm new, just signed up today. I've been working out for about two years now, and I just started taking 17-HD. It says there is no side effects, but I'm sketical. Could there be a chance that some people could come across side effects or should I just not worry and continue taking it. as far as I'm concerned every's body reacts differently. Any advice?
