I have seen several posts that say diet and the basic supplements along with patient hard work will make gains. I am seeing it. I had a record day at squats, hack squats and leg presses today. I cannot figure it out but my legs are just kicking it right now. I had an awesome shoulder day yesterday.
My body weight was 177 tonight. I continue to be impressed with how these main supplements (whey, glutamine, creatine) with hard work (and I do work hard) have helped me. I am up nearly 20 pounds body weight since May/June. I had my body fat measured a couple weeks ago and it was 12.8%. This board has helped me tremendously.
