Yeah, I have discussed the max ot trainng protocol in length many times. While it is sound, it is not a do all end all of training as they will have you believe. Variation of your training is always needed to keep making progress. This is a solid program to go on to get stronger, thus you will in the end make gains. But you will at some point peak out, and change is necessary. Remember, they have products to sell bro....
