When im doin incline work like pressing even when i do 50%1rm my right shoulder makes a little popping and hurts also when i do dumbbell lateral raises it pops and hurts and when i do tricep curls i wont feel a thing in my shoulder until til im done with the set and imediately after it hurts really bad does any one know what this could be or feel the same thing

popping in itself isn't bad....pain aspect is....i am guessing it could be your rotator cuff muscles....I would go see a doctor...also performing exercises to strengthen rotator cuff muscle would be helpful....
