:)Howdy!
I am new to this site and glad to find it. I am forty three,and used to be an athelete but now my body is complaining from too many years of rough work (construction) and rough play (rugby, bareback riding,dogsled racing). Both of my interior cruciate ligaments are thrashed, so I can't do squats (without grunting loudly every time) and I need to exercise in my house without weights until I can afford a gym membership.
My thighs are pretty cottage cheesey, my butt too, and I have a bit of a spare tire but the rest of my body is pretty thin, very narrow wrists and ankles.
I'd like to tone up the thighs and butt and stomach, without doing squats! And I can't really do much walking until the snow melts in spring, so... (don't have time to drive to the mall to walk there).
I need a program I can do in my little room. So I came to this site.
I'm five six, 144 lbs, and can't do too many pushups but I can do a hundred sit ups Army style..
